Shipping is only available within the United States (Contiguous 48 States). Once orders are placed, they are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Products are typically delivered within 7 - 10 business days.
Returns
Because our products are made to order we do not offer returns and all sales are final.
However, we’re happy to offer a return if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, we require that you first send us a picture showing the damage or the item’s improper condition. Once approved, we will send you a brand new product at no cost to you.
Please include:
- A photo of the damaged packaging
- A photo of the damaged item(s)
- A photo of your packing slip included with the package, which needs to also show your order number.
